Twilight's New Moon Video: Bella's Birthday

Happy birthday, Bella?

We don't want to spoil too much about New Moon for you (if it hasn't already been from the one zillion previews), but we just got a look at Bella's birthday scene and it's a pretty awesome one.

If you read New Moon, then you know how important Bella's birthday scene is to the rest of the story. We won't give away too much for those of you waiting to see the movie in theaters, but let's just say it's definitely a pivotal part of the movie. And one we've been eagerly waiting to see.

During the scene, which happens early on in New Moon, Bella visits the Cullens to celebrate her birthday. They throw her a party and buy her lots of nice gifts. The scene shows Bella opening a necklace from Rosalie (and Alice) and an empty box from Emmett. The box is empty because Emmett has already installed the stereo in Bella's truck.

When Bella starts to open the gift from Carlisle and Esme Cullen, she gets a papercut from the wrapping paper. We see the look in Jasper's eyes and Edward looking at him, and we know that this moment is the start of all the subsequent action in New Moon.
